Arief: public policy

Arief Mulya Ramadhian (Arief) adalah alumni PL ITB angkatan 2001. Minat Arief di kebijakan publik.

Arief sekarang statusnya 'student ajah' (ini sy copy paste lho, mudah2an ga ambigu). Sejak awal 2007, Arief melanjutkan bangku kuliah di University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia. Tepatnya Arief ngambil Master of Governance and Public Policy. Berikut penjelasan Arief perihal program ini:

'This program focuses on issues of governance and analyses how society deals with challenges and policy problems, often by combining the resources of government, private and community sectors. Students develop practical knowledge combined with high level research skills and a critical, enquiring approach to questions of governance and policy development in the new millennium. Students will be exposed to leading thinkers and debates in the public, private and community sectors, and will develop capacities to enhance effectiveness in the workplace and gain a better understanding of the way governments operate as well as the major public issues confronting our society'.

Selanjutnya, Arief menilai kelebihan universitasnya adalah 'university ranking ketiga di Australia, fasilitas univ sangat lengkap'. Sementara kekurangannya 'siap2 dgn assignment (ini sih di tiap kuliah di tiap univ pasti ada!!)'. Adapun pesan/saran untuk peminat: 'banyak baca koran & majalah, update perkembangan politik'.
